Warranty Terms & Conditions 1-Month Hardware Warranty: All items include a 1-month hardware warranty from the date of purchase. If a warranty claim is made within 30 days, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. Battery warranty is check-on-arrival only. 1-Year Extended Hardware Warranty: Covers hardware malfunctions only. Not Covered: Accidental damage of any kind. Peripherals (e.g., keyboards, mice, Wi-Fi dongles) are not covered, but we ensure they are tested, fully functional, and undamaged upon delivery. Warranty Seal: Each PC comes with a Warranty Void Seal. If this seal is removed, broken, or tampered with, the warranty will be void. Software Disclaimer: No software warranty is provided. Any software issues occurring after you install your own software are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Claims: All warranties are Return to Base (RTB) — you, the customer, are responsible for returning the item to us. If you experience an issue covered by warranty, please contact us via WhatsApp before returning the item. The customer is responsible for all return postage costs. Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items: If an item is unwanted or ordered by mistake, the customer will cover all postage costs (both return and re-delivery if applicable). Returned items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition. Laptop Battery Life: We do not provide any warranty on laptop battery life. Battery warranty is check-on-arrival only. Condition of Returns: Items must be returned complete, in the same condition as received. Any signs of damage, tampering, or missing accessories may result in warranty refusal or partial refund.
